Our History

A few years ago our CEO, David Moore began selling a Live Support solution to website design clients. The one common challenge all the customers had, was that they were always on the go and not able to provide live sales support because they were not in front of their computer all day. These clients were out selling and servicing their clients. In 2008, development expanded to making the solution available to iPhone and Blackberry users. The demand was so great, and our clients so geographically diverse, that we had to begin franchising to allow for local sales and service of the clients.
